soooooo cute! a baby male elephant calf was born early monday morning at the san diego zoo safari park in escondido to mother, litsemba. the calf is still unnamed and weighs in at 230 lbs! he is the fourth male born there for 2010, making it the most elephant births the park has ever had in one year. his arrival raises the population of the park's elephant herd to 17. he is too, too cute.
