the always beautiful couple, kris kristofferson & rita coolidge singing help me make it through the night. they used to have a television show - a variety show sort of like sonny and cher....anyway, those were the only 2 shows my mom would let me stay up late and watch. she loved cher & rita. of course, i loved them both too, but i only had eyes for kris! swoon.
