just spent a lovely extended weekend in palm springs.....it was so hard to drive home! we stayed at a private home with a beautiful pool - although i was a chicken shit and found the water too cold, even though it was 100º outside. we celebrated my friends father's 94th birthday with dinner at davey's hideaway and then had drinks at melvyn's - 2 old school joints in the desert. it was a wonderful get away!
