Cold Method: the Thinking Man’s Guide to Affordable Style [men's fashion]

I was particularly struck by the way Cold Method defined the inspiration of its 2016 spring/summer collection: “vintage tailoring with an irreverent twist, featuring beautifully constructed outerwear with a refined antique detailing and dress jackets that have interior prints to bring out the inner rebel.”

The silhouette is slim with straight legs, low wastes, and a close fit, providing “a cutting-edge drainpipe look.” Sophisticated and masculine, the collection offers natural fibers and a color palette of military tones, muddy brown, bright orange, oil green, lime, soft blue, and violet.

As outlined in a previous article, Cold Method adheres to a philosophy that men’s existence consists of 9 essential aesthetics: t-shirts, shirts, suits, pants, jackets, sweatshirts, jeans, accessories, and, CM2—furniture, cosmetics, and much more.
